• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an independent sales representative in the metals industry (forgings preferred).
• A solid foundation in the metals industry with a working knowledge of forged components. Additional knowledge reading material and testing specifications, and interpreting blue prints is essential.
• A proven record of accomplishment with in a territory in forging or metal component sales as either a direct sales person or independent sales representative.
• Above average understanding of the Internet, website navigation, and e-mail.
• Excellent territory management, with an established customer base, and an ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running.

ForgeFinder has established a generous commission-based program that also rewards successful independent sales representatives with stock option awards at the conclusion of each calendar year.
