ForgeFinder Launches New Version of Site
(Manassas, VA, USA) - ForgeFinder, Inc., the first and only e-commerce marketplace dedicated to the forged metals industry, today announced the launch of a new version of their ForgeFinder software.
Although there have been previous upgrades to areas of the ForgeFinder site, this is the first time in ForgeFinder's four year history that a total site upgrade has been enacted.
"Given our vast experience at working with forging procurement on both the purchasing and supply sides, ForgeFinder is in the unique position of being able to take one of the Internet's leading business-to-business platforms and making it even stronger," said David Hermann, ForgeFinder's Director of Customer Relationship Management and the head of the development team.
"This new site provides more information to both buyers and suppliers, and allows for much greater flexibility as we derive better methods for administering Requests for Quotation (RFQs)."
The ForgeFinder site has been redesigned from the ground up by ForgeFinder's in-house development team.
Not only has this changed the features available to users, but the entire underlying structure has also been redesigned.
The immediate impact has been a higher level of organization for all currently active RFQs on the Site, and will eventually lead to a much more efficient management of purchasing and supply for all of ForgeFinder's members.
