Once a request for quotation (RFQ) is placed on the site for bidding purposes, some Site member will incur a fee. Specifically, if the Buyer places an order with one of the Sellers who have bid on the RFQ, then the winning seller will be obligated to pay the Site a commission of three percent of the net sales price of any forging sold.

Eligibility for Membership
The Site is available to any qualified participants in the worldwide forged metal industry who are capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. Site members are qualified based on (1) verified responses to the appropriate Buyer/Seller Agreements; (2) acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Site Rules; (3) acceptable credit and quality approval; and (4) discretion.
